I have two kitchen knives for sale from Justin Stinson of Running Man Forge. Super underrated kitchen knives and just an awesome dude and maker.

First one is # 5 of 10 Mythic Chefs knife.
Steel: Nitro-V
Handle Material: G Carta, G10 liners, Mammoth ivory/tooth
Mammoth ivory/molar is genuine, dated between 10,000 - 40,000 BP
Pins: Corby Bolts, Mosaic Pin

Blade Length: 9” Blade, 5” Handle
2” Tall, 3/32” Thick at Heel
Distal Taper: From heel to tip

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Kydex Sheath: Basket woven Kydex

Certificate of authenticity
Includes the original drawing of the griffin and a wax seal
ARTIST: MORGAN LOUIE
The Griffin is a original piece made by Morgan. She designed and executed the production of the certificates as well.

Stupid sharp.

This was used 2 times and it is near mint with few marks that I tired to capture in the pictures which is more from the kydex than anything else. ships with a padded case.

Next up is a custom Santoku
Nitro-V steel
6.5 inch blade.
Multi colored & lacquered wood handle (Not sure what he used here but its gorgeous up close).
No sheath, padded case included.
Used ONCE. Shows no real wear or marks I can see.
Stupid sharp.
