I'm waiting on my 1311 and imagine they're pretty busy there, therefore, the $10 premium to forgo the wait.
I am newer to Busse & Kin, but see that this one has even coating, relatively sharp edge and uniform handle.

spot on bottom corner of handle is a spot where color is different shade - I verified it's all uniform
