Hey guys!
After some tough days in June im happy to be back offering some knives.
Here to show this REALLY big forged chopper out of 5160 steel that has incredible 11" of blade.
It features a really aggressive curvature and a recurve handle meant to offer you a lot of comfort while allowing you to apply a lot of power during your use.

The picture above is really important for you to enjoy and "meet" the different textures on this knife. I have carefully designed its multiple textures over its crafting process as i really love to adventure myself on this.
Its handle is out of Bolivian ironwood, completely stable and naturally dried on the shelf for more than 8 years. It has a really comfy design featuring a brushed finish for extra grip even when in wet conditions. It has a polished facet on the first pin meant to increase your comfort when using the blade even if you have big hands.

The brushed finish on the wood not only gives a really cool look to it but also offers a huge impact on your grip. It is really impressive how a small detail can completely change your experience using such big blade.

The blade is slightly thinned towards its "tip" during the forging, as well having its whole spine rounded in the forging as well. It is really amazing to see the forge finish on its spine and how smoothly rounded it is.
As you can see, its overall shape is really balanced and im confident to say you will have a good experience using it.

It is 4,76mm thick in the handle. In my opinion, this thickness is the sweet spot for such design. Not too much heavy but also thick enough for creating a really beefy chopper that will destroy anything in its path.

Not only about its thickness, but also about its grind. This blade was carefully ground to a convex grind that will offer you a nice performance splitting wood, for example.
Its choil is perfectly rounded and polished. It is so comfy you might find yourself rubbing your finger on it just to feel the polished steel texture.

A better look on its geometry, which reminds me of the convexity of a bullet and will split materials easily.
As some of you know, 5160 is one of the toughest steel out there and was carefully picked to combo with these features (grind, balance, weight, thickness etc).

This whole beast weights only 622 grams. Pretty much the same weight of a small hatchet but with much more blade length.
