Mikel, you misunderstood what I posted about the VG10. I said it 'has a carbon steel CORE' with stainless sides. I realize it's a language thing so no problem. Laminated VG10 is just that, 3 separate pieces of steel made into a blade.

The BRKT 'Aurora' model has a saber type grind with a convex edge, with a great handle grip IME. it's not a 'Scandi grind' by any means, you'll see...
