(theres some oil on the sheath, the photos made it pop. It is off now)

Also, I would like to change my steel up to CPM 3V, but do not have the means and ablitly to heat treat it properly. So if for some miracle my demands were up, i would be willing to send out my blades to be heatreated properly so i can use these "super steels" Let me know what you think!

Thanks for looking!,

Levi

I own four of Levi's blades including two field knives. Apparently he's mastered 01 steel process. The knives have a somewhat rough finish which I like. It tells me that he didn't spend excess time beautifying his knives and whatever he saved in time and money - was passed on to me, the customer. I end up with a knife that would easily sell for twice the price if the superficial aesthetic was spiffed up. If you're in the market for a comfortable, high function, quality built knife, how can you go wrong at this price point? Compare it to a common production knife with the same specs. His knives are bargains.

Hey thanks Mike! You hit the head on the nail exactly! I know my blades are not the prettiest, but i am confident in their usability. And i feel like they are priced accordingly to their aesthetics.

The textured look of the top of the side of the blade, carrying out the look of the scales, is very interesting.
