You knew this was coming as soon as you heard the terrorists used knives to hijack the planes. So I guess the discussions about what you can carry on-board a commercial flight are moot.

Clampdowns, um I mean Controls, er "Safety Measures" such as these are rarely temporary. They are cancerous - growing and all encompassing.

but I guess you will have to check luggage in order to take a knife on a trip. I never check luggage. What's a guy to do?
