Factory folders with the best action on washers?

Low end, my ZT0566 now flips effortlessly since it has been deassisted. I was growing to hate that knife, but now have a new found appreciation fo rit,.
THIS. Oh man, I was not a fan of the 566 assisted. It was insanely tight, and I bought it right at the tail end of my interest in assisted openers (and since have no interest at all; I like my manuals), but then I deassisted it, and it is actually an excellent flipper and smooth as hell!

CRKs, Hinderers & Golden Spydies are my faves. I did have a Shirogorov Hati on washers that was probably the smoothest, but I could not get myself to use it.
I know what you mean about your Hati. I have a few like that, though only two real safe-queens--the Tabargan and a pre-Idaho cocobolo Seb 21. The others I carry and use lightly.

My Hati was bought as a user to be a user, which is a great way to pick up high-quality knives for a good price and get them into full-duty rotation.

Thinking about it a bit more, I've also enjoyed the action on my Spyderco PM2 and (no longer owned) Manix 2. Fly out, lock up tight, drop free when the lock is disengaged -- the whole nine yards.

Both my Manix 2 and XL have great action. It took an agonizingly long time to break in the CBBL coil springs, but they're great now and both kniges are super smooth and free dropping.

Old Microtechs (late-'90s) had terrific actions. The SOCOM and LCC in particular.

My Rat 1 has incredible action and because it was only 25 bucks makes it even more impressive.

On the pricier side all my PM2's and Manix 2's swing freely too.

All my Hinderers & my Sebenza are smooth opening, after being broken in; but the ones that just FLY open are:
PM2
Manix2
Griptilian
BM 950 Rift

Boker Exskelibur I. For a knife on teflon washers it is very smooth. I'd dare say it's smoother than my CRK and Spyderco knives. I can front flick it open with thumb or inside of index finger and it seems to just glide open.

My Inkosi is totally free dropping. I didn't even know until just a second ago.

Some of my Emersons that are well broken in are also very smooth while not being very free.

Out of the box, the ZT 0850 was crazy smooth. My Spyderco GB1 got to that point, it took several weeks of cycling though.

My Ritter mini came smoother than any other knife I've received. I'd put it up against any bearing knife out there in terms of how smooth the action is. I think instead of washers, it's running on clouds, haha.

I still poke fun at my brother since both of his mini's needed either time to break in, or a pivot adjustment. No blade play in either direction for me, and the blade falls freely each and every time I disengage the lock. Pretty damn tough to beat that.

I guess I'm in the same camp as your brother. I had all large Grips--550BK, 551SBK, and a Ritter in M390--and added a 555BK and Mini Ritter later at about the same time. All my Grips were smooth and free-dropped save for the Mini Ritter. All have aftermarket scales--the sheepsfoots matching Igorded G10s and the Ritters matching Wilkins G10s. I've mucked with the Mini Ritter a few times--thinning and polishing washers, lubing and adjusting--and haven't been able to get that one either as smooth as I'd like or free-dropping. It's on my list for further tweaking and I plan to polish the blade area around the pivot with my Dremel when I get the chance.

Besides CRKs, Spyderco GB1, Manix2, PM2, and Vallotton are very smooth and fly open on washers.
Spydiechef is also smooth but more like CRK smooth.

Low end. These match or surpass many of the higher end knives
