Hey Everybody,

I make customs but I've had the fortune of getting my hands on several new factory blades I thought you would all like. I had a close friend of mine give me a number of production blades to help with some tooling costs in the shop. I've inspected each of these blades to verify their condition, which they are as new as they get. Some gems in here right along side great wall hangers. Enjoy!

Gil Hibben Old West Damascus Bowie - United Cutlery - *SOLD*

The story of the Bowie began on a sandbar of the Mississippi River above Natchez, Mississippi on September 19, 1827. A brawl that eventually involved Col. James "Jim" Bowie, who, having been shot and stabbed, successfully defended himself killing Major Norris Wright and wounding Alfred Blanchard with what onlookers described as a "large butcher knife." This and other tales of Bowie's abilities with a knife led to the widespread popularity of what became known as the "Bowie" knife. This elegant recreation offers a hardwood handle accented by the gold-plated blade catcher and guard which are reminiscent of the styling of original bowies. The classic 14-Inch Damascus steel blade is folded to an astounding 3456 layers. Included is a genuine leather sheath with brass plated star and Hibben Knives logo.
