Fading

I noticed on the handle of my RC-3 that there is some fading, possible due to the sun. It is only on side exposed to the sun and the fade line stops at the shealth. Anybody else have this problem? And is it normal?
 
Being that the handle is made of cloth, it would make sense that the fabric would fade over time with exposure to the sun. Much like a tee shirt left on the cloths line too long.
