Fake Sebenza

You really have to like how the CR logo (incorrectly placed on the blade) has been incompetently smudged in photo. This is an obvious attempt to slide this past the already weak Ebay branding police.
 
Pretty good knockoff visually, after it falls apart in their hands the seller will realize it is a fake. Or when it falls apart and they send it back to Idaho.

That sucks....Because "Chris Reeve" is not unique enough to consider it infringement upon his intellectual property or name? Alone, perhaps not..But I think I would make the argument that pairing it with a knife that is suspiciously same in shape and form, that it does still present an issue.
The biggest problem is Ebay- Where they make money off of individual sales, they are less likely to alienate their revenue sources.
