I know this is a knife forum but its the only forum I belong to and I got so many suggestions to choose falco from members here so I thought I'd post this.

I ordered a holster for my cz75 BD back.on February 17. It was listed as in stock and 1-5 day shipping. Fine. On the 10th business day I emailed them with no response, and then again on the 11th and 12th. Finally I got a response apologizing and saying the holster was being custom made and can take 10-20 business days and they were sorry for listing it as in stock. On day 23 I emailed them again about where my holster was. They replied it was done and sorry again and it will ship that day from their European manufacturer and will arrive in 5-10 business days. Once again on day 13 I emailed them again asking for tracking and telling them that I'm dangerously close to filing a PayPal claim. They responded with please give it a few more days and if it doesn't arrive they will refund me. Well the holster showed up on day 15. But here's the kicker, it doesn't fit my gun. The retention snap doesn't close and I made a special note that I had the decocker model, although I can't see how the B model with the standard safety would fit either since the snap is located right over where the decocker/safety is located. Now I get to play the game where they refuse refund since the product is custom made. Awesome. Can't wait for their reply. I expect to have to email a few more times.

Stay away from falco folks

Here are the pics and yes I tried both in the half cock and hammer down positions to no avail.

man, that is disappointing. i've had bad luck with a few holster makers. not so much low quality or things of that nature, but often one mold used for multiple guns. which might be the case here?

the worst i've run into is the warped belief that a browning hi-power is the same as a 1911. works somewhat(and i am being nice) with leather. as leather is a bit forgiving. with kydex though it's a no go.

hopefully they will rectify the situation or refund your money. thanks for the heads up. it will be good to see how they address this problem. please keep us informed if you get any progress.

So they are replacing it, they cant refund based on it being a custom order, it Will take the same time frame as before 20 business days to make and 10 for shipping. Oh and I need to return the other holster upon receipt of the new and I have to pay shipping since its "company policy". But i can send it the cheapest possible method. Screw em I'm just gonna keep it and sell it and tell em.it must have gotten lost in the mail since i sent it pony express. Perhaps the Indians looted it from the corpse of an unlucky union rider. Too bad.

Get the strap ends under hot...and I mean HOT...running water for just a few seconds, then the leather will stretch enough so you can snap them........keep it snapped with the gun in over night......the next day the leather will be dry, and all should be okay. Put a plastic baggie between the gun and wet leather if you'r concerned about your gun getting wet.
Looks like you're within an inch of snapping....do this and the leather will stretch like a wet noodle.
