Vent a turkey, if you have a fall season, slice the breasts from your ducks, and not to mention quail, grouse, doves etc, etc. This is a thin and slicey knife from 52100 high carbon steal heat treated to Rc 58-60. Flat grind with a hand sanded finish. Stabilized spalted maple handle with Micarta fixtures. Overall length is 8 1/2 inches with a 4 1/4 inch blade. Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
