The Gen 1 KA-BARS did not have the cut out handles. Don't believe they had the pommel either. The Warrior I'm to lazy to dig thru boxes in the basement. Did the Kabar roll stamped Bk2 without the hammer pommel have the cut out handle
Ahh I might have to dig that war horse out. ThanksThe Gen 1 KA-BARS did not have the cut out handles. Don't believe they had the pommel either.
You still got it or does it just stay in the shadow of your 9That's why I purchased a Cam edition BK2, no cut out in the handle. I'm not a big fan of the extended pommel either.
Modded it, and never used it, haha. I actually purchased it for one of my BOB's.You still got it or does it just stay in the shadow of your 9

thanks for the reminder -- I modded the grip on mine to open it up a little, need to thin and convex the edge -- then sell it.I had mixed results with the stock edge. Sometimes she bit, sometimes it created a lot of shock in the handle.
Everything is so freakin' expensive these days. I don't see how people afford new trucks. I just can't see paying $40,000 plus for a truck.thanks for the reminder -- I modded the grip on mine to open it up a little, need to thin and convex the edge -- then sell it.
truck is on it's last set of tires, I need to find some funds for a replacement. considering the price of trucks these days, it's going to take a LOT of funds.......![]()
I just put a new set of shocks on mine. 165,000 miles. Still less than a monthly payment on a new truckthanks for the reminder -- I modded the grip on mine to open it up a little, need to thin and convex the edge -- then sell it.
