Fall Piney Woods Hammer-in

Looks like you all had a great time. Wish I was there.:D

Whats the deal with the cutting comps? When we were in Maryland they told us that was the last one right before we started. We were all very disapointed. Seeing you guys have this one gives hope to us all.

So tell ,us whats the deal?

The ABS will not sponser or have a cutting competition. That only effects Maryland and the Midwest, which is currently held in Ohio. All other hammer-ins are ran by someone else and just endorsed by the ABS. This one just completed was Texarkarkana Colleges, cutting challange. The cutting contests are now sponsered by the individual groups or by Blade magazine. I can participate not as an ABS member but as an individual. Since I enjoy messing with them I will still be playing as will most of the guys. Good to see Lin win, it is always good so shake the tree up a bit on occasions.

Sure, sure...I get it. It's only just the two hammer-ins I can get to! You just don't want us East coasters to play anymore...:eek: Aldo will not be happy about this. I would expect a phone call from him soon Bubba.:p
