Great pics, Joe. The knife just made my list of "gotta haves".
Thanks for the thread! Cool stuff.

You must never come home empty handed.
Must have been a load of fun catching those Strippers, and great eating too.

Believe me kevin I have spent a lifetime coming home empty handed. :D but even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes .

I am having a lucky year so far. I only went striper fishing 2 and did well both times smallmouth fishing 1 and bagged that deer my 3 day hunting.

Thanks everyone for the kind words I really apreciate it

I am very impressed wih burts laminates

I know what you mean.
Being out and with good freinds, even the slow trips are good. :)

Very cool thread. I have a large laminated dark side on order and I've been looking around for as many of these threads as I could find. Surprisingly, there aren't many people on any of the forums that own them (or review them).

VERY cool thread my friend!!!

I love those blades!!! :)

BTW- Hope your daughter is okay! (crutches usually aren't for fun)

Joe, nice thread! Very nice little knife! Are you a bow hunter? Traditional? So what is your bow choice?

There have been a few posted. Be sure to add yours when you get it. I predict you'll be happy.

Cool thread Joe.
A little neck knife can be a very useful tool.
Nice to see you putting Burt's knife to work.

Nature sure does taste good!

Best Regards,
D.Mirabile

Joe your living the good life and its clear you know what to do with your meat. Years ago I lived in Fairfield calif and we caught a lot of striper's fun fish to catch from the bank.

Joe,

All work and no play makes Joe a dull boy. You are all play and no work it looks like, so what's the opposite of dull? Sharp? Ugh, what a cliche!

See my knives have all the fun. They go fishing and hunting and hiking and what do I do? I sit here and make more of them. Guess I'm in danger of becoming a dull boy myself. Seriously, I'm really glad to see all the fun you've been having lately. I remember how you were really having a hard time thinking that you would like the knife.

They're different, but they grow on you...

In a big way Burt

I did not punch one hole in that cape job I was moveing fast and had 2 dogs every now and then pulling at it from the oposite side (bad dogs). The knife is real pointy which I like but is always a consideration working on skinning projects ya need a good point for dtail work.

My point is the knife was very comfortable and very easy to control a true pleasure to work with. I would of never thought that from a knife with no handle.

Tons of character, easy maintenance, light weight, holds edge well and handles well what can i say fav small blade right know.

Thanks Burt really glad I grabbed it from ya
