Question regarding the Fallkniven A1: is it too big and thick for a general purpose wilderness/bushcraft knife?

IMHO, it's just a little too big to be the ideal bushcraft knife. But I certainly wouldn't be upset if it was all I had, in a "one blade only" scenario. It's perfect, when paired with a SAK like a Farmer or OHT or Outrider.

For bushcraft you can't beat the F1...micarta.
If you plan on running in to dragons though, by all means..

For some reason I don't like the F1 at all. I've got an S1 but was thinking about getting something larger.
