Fallkniven A2

so really contemplating the A2! Anyone actually have or use one? Is it decent for a chopper? Would you recommend it as a survival/outdoors knife? Thanks in advance to any responses! I'm really on the fence about this as I've never had a fallkniven yet.

In the market for a good bowie, have my eye on the NL1/2 really just for aesthetic reasons, but pretty much the same blade. The only negative about the blades I can find is that VG10 can be a little brittle for outdoors work, it's more suited for a kitchen and liable to chip.

Yes to all your questions! I've never chipped my A2, nor my SM trailmaster which shares similiar blade steel.
