The F1 is like new with not a mark on it. I'm the second owner and I've never used it. The sheath appears to be a patriot leather co. sheath. The style is called the "1776". I believe this style isn't being made anymore. I own a few Patriot leather sheaths and they are all VERY high quality and this one is no exception. I also have the Zytel sheath if your looking to go minimalist.
