H1 in 3G is brand new. This is the sharpest knife I have ever personally handled. Just the weight of the blade is enough to glide through phonebook paper. Comfortable handle and beautiful blade shape, I hate to see this one go. $WITHDRAWN. I'M GOING TO KEEP IT.
F1 (VG10) has been used to clean one deer a year ago. There are a few pepper spots that I tried to show in the last picture. The edge barely shows any wear and still slices paper cleanly. $SOLD
