Best laid plans......Brother Fred just called to let me know that his boss called him this AM to put out some fires made by younger salespeople. Result, Fred said he was finished with the emergency assignment at just about the time the plane was departing from Kansas City. Rescheduling in about 3 weeks. Travis and Joni on the plane headed for Reno. Stay tuned. My reservations are made but looks like I'll be flying back alone. Hell when you have to take care of the kids mistakes. Right, Sarge?
 
Maybe that wasn't really Dracula in the casket whose head they were trying to cut off with a khuk but Murphy himself!
 
More bad news. Travis and Joni had a flight that went from Kansas City to Chicago to connect with direct flight Chicago to Reno. Had golf ball size hail at O'hare and Travis was still waiting for his flight to Reno to arrive at 9PM. He was scheduled to arrive in Reno at 8:30PM last night. Still don't know if he made it or not.

When it rains it pours Uncle.:( Long as everybody's safe and sound everything else will work itself out. Can beef curry be frozen and reheated without tasting "skunked"?
