Fanboy Concept Thread

Not sure why the left our the guard spacers, but here's a pic I found online of the stacked leather 119

For some reason they went with bone spacers, they should've went with micarta spacers to match the knife.
I really like the handle shape on this one, because for some reason Buck insists on a fat and bulbus square-ish handle for the 119.
I don't mind it after getting used to it, but I'd thin and round it some if I could.
This is a cool knife :thumbsup:

take the fuller out and wow......
I agree :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I need to brush up on my 'shop skills before I try to post it, but my weird request is a larger version of the 877 Maverik, maybe 4" or 5" blade, thicker (3/16 maybe) little wider and longer handle (long enough also to make a lanyard hole), same blade finish, dark gray or black denim micarta scales, 5160 would be fine or one of the nicer stainless steels, maybe S35VN.

A very very similar sheath, but with a chunk of magnesium embedded in the back, a strip of flint on one edge and a strip of ceramic for honing on the other edge. Would make a great all-around mid-size hunting/fishing/camping blade IMO. I really love the lines on the 877, gorgeous knife, wife picked up one at the Buck factory store a few weeks ago, the more you play with this knife the more it grows on you.
