Fantastic Plastic

I really like the tiny jigging on this one. A real beaut!
Thank you. It's a very tidy Pruner, all steel, Rat-Tail bolster and the jigged Micarta is a tough hard use material which is what Pruners were all about , yet it looks good. An underrated knife, catch one if you can

Really like the Green on that Lamb Foot, great shade. Is it some special SFO? The problem I have with Wright Lamb Foot knives is that they seem to come with a rather underpowered blade relative to a rather bulky Swayback handle...the GEC Charlie Campagna interpretation captures the essence of more vintage knives, long handle, long blade. Just my bias of course ;)

Thanks, Will

A example of Schrade/Old Timer Delrin they used c.1978-1984 on blue collar/working stiff's pocket knives.

(example shown is an 858 "Lumberjack" stockman. Schrade (USA) only produced it for six years, from 1978 to 1984.
Anazingly, Taylor Schrade re-introduced an improved 858 (Taylor switched to pinned construction, abandoning the weaker Swendon Key construction used by Schrade USA) in 2004/2005. BTI kept it, and the upgraded 858OTB (bone covers + 9CR18MoV blade steel. The standard Taylor/BTI 858OT has 7CR15MoV blade steel. Both have a fantastic heat treat and a 22-25° inclusive edge angle.) in production for 22 ("Earth") years and counting.
