fantasy handle slabs!

I have some leftover human skin after I finished making my suit...just saying.

I'd like to see some metal slabs with leather inlays.

What material would you recycle to make some esee handle slabs. I want to hear you ideas. Example: I would use old tire tread.

I have an Izula wrapped with bike tire tubes, does that count? I think a stripped ESEE-3 with Curly maple would look nice.
