Fantoni...how can I get a hold of someone?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but: does anyone have a contact at Fantoni they can share with me? I sent an email a week ago asking about getting a replacement pivot for my CUT flipper and have yet to get a response. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thanks all!

Not much help I know, that is all I was able to find from their site. Can you contact a dealer and see if you can get more through them? KnifeArt seems to be a dealer for them. Good luck.
 
Thank you rev...I got the email addy from their site too, and haven't tried to call or anything because that's a whole hornet's nest I dunno how how to contend with. Like I mentioned, I didn't know if this was a more frequent thing that someone had learned from or whatnot. Appreciate the hand though, sir!
 
If you used the email form on there website it might not have gone through. I have had bad luck with online forms like that. I would try sending an email directly from your account and see if that goes through. I have been talking to Renzo for quite a while trying to get an issue worked out, and he has been quick to respond everytime. I last spoke with him this morning. My knife is actually sitting in Italian customs right now.

Hey SSS, thanks so much for your post! I actually couldn't get the online form to work using my iPad, so I sent directly from my email account. And yes, I used that address. Good to hear you're getting responses, so if you would be so kind, please ask him to reach out to me at gatorcraig at gmail when he can. Just want a new pivot, and I'm happy to pay a reasonable amount if necessary...mine is just stripped on one side is all. Thanks a million!
 
Yep, Renzo emailed me this morning and was already briefed on the issue, thanks to SSS. I replied and he's going to send it in their next shipment to KnifeArt, then to me, which is totally fine. Hooray for happy endings!
 
I'm glad to hear that it worked out. I was starting to wonder, because he never emailed me back to let me know he got it.
