Long time ago me and Sean spoke about doing a couple of prototype folders for collectors to see and maybe build more, so here are some pictures of the build.
The blades were hand forged by Sean shipped to me and I did the rest, they will be finished early part of next week. I consider Sean as the godfather of forging cpm steels, back in the 70's when cpm was not available in sheet form for knife makers Sean would take a solid round bar of CPM-T-440v (s60v) and hand forge it in to a blade, all the cpm blades he has forged through the last few decades I consider as some of the best on the planet.

Both parts for the opening system are 6AL-4V titanium, I wanted to custom machine the front part just like a turbo charger impellor.

They will be for sale next week, remember so far there is only two on the planet.

What you see happening above, all the time spent building a special opening system makes all the difference between someone putting their time/heart and soul into their work all by hand rather than just another cnc made knife.
