I have a tanto and a rounded tanto/almost spearpoint folder. Both folders have never been used and are in perfect condition. Lock-up is solid and perfect. Each will come with a zippered pouch. I find it more difficult to part with these than the custom Emersons. These are built like tanks and are indestructible. Asking $425 for the spearpoint. Tanto is now SOLD! Paypal or money order. I will ship international.

I am out of town until Friday, so they will ship when I get back. NOTE: both have the same colored micarta, just one was wet with oil when I took the photo, it has since dried out and is back to it's normal color.

UPDATE: Approximate size (might be off by 1/8") is 3 1/2" blade and 8 1/2" overall.

I honestly don't know. You would have to contact Farid for the specifics. Do know that it is extremely hard.

UPDATE: These have a tool steel blade with a T-1 diamond coating (from Farid). They stay sharp for an extremely long time (I have owned 6 in the past). I never really cared what steel they were before since they are great blades.

Can you shoot a picture of the lockup? Can you shoot a picture of the blade centering? Can you shoot a picture of the clip side? Is the clip tip up or tip down? What is the blade length of the spearpoint? What is the OAL of the spearpoint? Are there double thumbstuds or only one? Is the spearpoint chisel or double ground?

Out of town until Friday, extra pics will go up then if it has not sold yet.

Can you just give me some ballpark figures as far as OAL and blade length? Also, whether the clip is tip up or down, whether the blade is chisel or double ground, and if the knife has dual thumbstuds?

Approx 3 1/2" and 8 1/2" overall, no clip, don't remember about the thumbstuds, will see when I get back. Double ground blade.
