Ok, so I was gonna braise some deer shanks, but they were a little too long.  So, I decided to pull out the farmcata (farm kata), instead of a cleaver, to cut off the bottom part of the bone.  It definitely wasn't made for that.  There are both chips and rolls.  I know bone is tough, but I had to see if this could be a cleaver replacement for tough jobs.
