The easiest way I use to sharpen my convex edged blades is with various grades of emery paper (buy a variety pack at most any hardware, home store, etc), Cut the emery to the appropriate size and tape it over an old mouse pad to my workbench. Then also working AWAY from the edge, simply strop it side to side, as needed. I suspect that 320, 400, 600 grit emery will cover all your needs.
