How about an AG Russell Orca? If you want to go budget, look at the Kershaw "ton" series. I have a Half ton and its a pretty stumpy looking blade. There is also the Al Mar SLB the my son nick named "Stumpy".

Well, the TOPS Lil' Roughneck qualifies in terms of spine thickness, but it also has a relatively wide chord.

At 6.25" OAL, it also makes a fair EDC fixed blade.
