Here is the homework Gunsite pulled together from another thread:

Non mags at 31.25 OZ? Sounds like a biggie size Coke at Wendy's...
mag Canvas Micarta at? 32.5?

I have two CGs already. Grey/Tan Mags, Black/Black&Tan G-10 Mags, and now an LE on the way. Life is good... Must sell other knives before the wife finds out. Even cancelled a BATAC MAG...

And I swore that I wouldn't buy any knives until the ANNI-SH1 came out...

I was kicking myself for missing out on the fatties with mags, but I think someone else mentioned that with the width on those BBBMs (Big Bertha Battle Mistresses) the standard slabs might feel just as wide as mags (albeit without the swells).

Even if you were a Ducci or a Skunk.... the FBM LE will be one of the more signiicant knifes you owned.

I have heard more statements like that on the FBM LE than on any other knife since I have been here. Biggest reason I am re-shuffling my INFI collection... :o :D

Once I get my Heavy FBM (HFBM) in a couple of days, I'll strip it to see what is under the paint. I would expect the top unground section to have the rough finish with the INFI dimples and the flat ground section will be smooth, no corragations, this will make it much easier to put a satin finish on it. I would guess it will look similar to the ST-56 I did:

Then I will compare the HFBM and the FBM LE and see which one I like best, especially since the HFBM will be a little less than half the price.

:D

I am betting that the Saber Ground fat ones with Magnum Handles will be the heaviest Mistresses of the lot. weighing more than the LE's or the Fat Flatties (Flat Ground). Now, the million dollar question: WHICH IS THE HEAVIEST BUSSE EVER MADE?

Must be the Chuckchette, MOAB or Busse Axe, Megladon?

The ST56 looks great without the coating!
Can't wait to see a HFBM get Nekkid.
I hope there are no Canckles!

I am sure Jerry will have more surprises for us....don't know about the "soon" part, though.
