That is slick. A good hunk of horn for sure.I liked this thread so I went looking for a fat stag Buck. I found a great over the top fat stag, it was way over priced so I made an offer I did not expect to be accepted. To my surprise it was accepted.

Well, when the knife arrived I knew I had been taken. It was a counterfeit (copy of a Buck 192). The blade was gold color, but no Buck stamp, it is also non-metallic? Also the blade was about a 1/2" longer than a Buck made 192, the blade was also almost twice as thick as a Buck made 192. The auction says Buck 192 customized by Michael Prater, it is not a Buck made product. The seller did offer my money back with return of the knife. Long story short beware of what you are buying, this lesson cost me a loss of $23 in return shipping cost.

"Custom" and "copy" do not translate to the same thing. He shouldn't have put the word Buck in it at all. At least it wasn't more costly.I liked this thread so I went looking for a fat stag Buck. I found a great over the top fat stag, it was way over priced so I made an offer I did not expect to be accepted. To my surprise it was accepted.

The seller had this auction marked no returns accepted. EBAYs automated system would not allow me to mark or complain about anything. It was the seller who allowed me to send it back. My daughter told me after it was done that I could have called EBay and they would have helped me. Again live and learn.Sucks this happened.
If you reported it as counterfeit to eBay, you would have not been charged return shipping. I have had to do this a couple of times.
