How do you like the scandi on food detail? My Koster is okay but when it comes to onions and potatoes, it's not so good. Love the Farmer. That's prolly the best one he's done IMO.

this Helle Viking scandi, did surprising well cutting our food.. mind you we didn't have any potato's or onion's, that is my one complaint with scandi's, is that they don't work that well for food prep..
