What father does not want a box packed full of 15n20? The box is a medium flat rate box with 30 sheets of 15n20 packed inside. The steel is top quality uddeholm brand 15n20 that's .075 thick, cut from large bandsaw blades. This steel is amazing in Damascus or for knives as is. I use this exact steel to make my skinner and hunters as well as fillet knives. The steel is easy to heat treat and gets VERY sharp. Each sheet of 15n20 measures 10.75" long and 7" wide (give or take a little, not including the teeth). Each sheet weighs at or around 1.6LBS so 30 sheets is very close to 50lbs.
Last stack of 30 sheets I weighed was sitting at 48lbs. At $150 minus the cost of shipping, tape and foam the steel is a good bit less then $3 a pound.
The price for this box of wonder is $150, shipped flat rate
If you wish to pay by PayPal then the total is $154.79 to cover the fees which will give me exactly $150
We also take money orders and checks. Shipping will be held until checks clear.
I have a decent amount of this steel in stock right now so get it while the gettings good.
Thanks guys and happy Father's Day.
30 sheets on the scale
All taped up
2" thick hard foam cut to fit inside box
Steel is set on top and cardboard fit around the sides.
More cardboard on top to take up the last little bit of space.
It's then packed up and wrapped up tight with strapping tape.
