Hi, my question is if you could have only one Becker to use in the outdoors which one would it be and why? Thank you for you time -Calvin

Ah, see the title and the content don't match up. Favorite doesn't translate to which you would prefer most in the woods. BK16 then for regular stuff. It is the most versatile of the bunch IMO (interchangeable with 17 for almost everything).

BK-24 D'Eskabar...perfect size for EDC, and capable of doing most cutting chores one would anticipate when in the sticks. If you anticipate cutting duties beyond the scope of the 24, then you might think about just bringing a chain saw.

I'll second crimsonfalcon's vote for Ethan. :D

But seriously, I'd say the 16 because it's incredibly versatile and the 9 is a very close second.

BK5 for slicing
BK16 for hiking/camp carry
BK9 for chopping
BK2 for batoning
BK7 for stabbing
BK11 for edc
In no particular order mind you. :D

I suppose I should also cast a more serious vote, which would be for the RBK. A 3V RBK would seriously float my boat. That's one mean piece of steel.

Only one Becker?!
Well if I could only "have"/take one Becker to the outdoors (I'm thinking camping or beating around in the woods) I would take the BK4.
Why? It chops, slices, and dices. Great chopper and works well for finer tasks as well.

The requirement for this thread it one Becker. So I'd also take a Mora Companion along with my one Becker, BK4.
