Favorite Busse in the Kitchen??

So, I am relatively new to Busse knives. My first and only is a TGLB and I love it! I'd like to get another Busse for my wife to use in the kitchen. Which Busse is your "go-to" in the kitchen? (Pplease post a pic)
 
Thin Nick would be amazing,, I can't say I've EVER seen one on the exchange though,
 
Here's what I use

2 x ScrapMax 375 and an original SteelHeart ergo. I use the scrapmax as my main kitchen knives - almost never need sharpening, great cutters, and I love the good grip you can get on the big handles. Steelheart gets used for things like pumpkin.
 
Elmax steak knife. Thin slicer, great paring knife, cheese knife, take-a-chicken-apart knife, stainless in the extreme, holds an edge forever. Pick up one of those nice Ganzaa offerings Monday.:thumbsup:
 
This is an awesome thread. I use my tglb in the kitchen occasionally also. Will also be using my recently acquired basic 8le even more I think! Never thought to take pics in there though, but I will now! :thumbsup::) Great pics elof!
