Favorite Busse in the Kitchen??

Can't quite say that was my kitchen. That was at a nice steakhouse in Towaco NJ. Very good from what I can remember. The ribs are mine tho. Thanks
 
I really dig an AMS or LMS in the kitchen...

The NMFBM chopped the melon into AMS sized chunks.

When you're talking knives for kitchen, you really want those that don't have the pesky finger guards so you can actually use them on a cutting board comfortably.
Those would be my most likely choices

That Scrapyard Muk looks like it would be awesome in the kitchen...The LE's were SS too (CPM154?), weren't they?
 
LE's were 154cm, but there was a later run (3 years or so ago, not sure if just a show or something like that) that had orange handle and were in SR-101
