Choosing just from the blades I have at the moment, probably these:
Battle Rat
Cold Steel SRK
Cold Steel Master Hunter or Greco Companion
Rat Trap Folder
Charge XTi
The Master Hunter/Companion would be saved in the pack for any kind of dressing of animals. The SRK is the beater/general purpose knife & would see the most use. Of course, if I could see a survival situation coming far enough in advance to have all these, I could probably also have a full size axe, my pop-up camper, propane cooker, water, & my rifle.
Oh, yeah, and plenty of toilet paper, too!
