It's hard to pick from the ones I own-3" Spanto Hinderer XM-18 non flipper, Fellhoelter Kwerk and Fellhoelter No One-One Off.
The one I long to get back is the Laconico Jasmine non-flipper, and that likely would be my favorite

Yes I noticed that your PKM Max Venom has a 4 finger grip wheras typically the ring goes around the middle finger I believe.

Tough question, I haven't really been super happy with most of the custom knives I've purchased. The only one I like enough to carry at all is this one, so here's my favorite custom, a Jason Clark in thunderstorm kevlar:

I've never taken a single photo of it that I liked, but it's a great knife. The detent is a bit soft but the IKBS action is ludicrous and it's just about impossible to not snap it open even with a light touch. The action is too smooth for my tastes really, it's a full free-fall sort of thing when it comes to closing. This version isn't flashy but the action is fantastic and it cuts well so it's my favorite custom at this point by a decently wide margin.

In general, though, I'm deeply unmotivated about buying customs overall. I think expensive productions (e.g. Olamic, CKF, etc.) and cheap beaters (CS mostly) are my happy place.
