Favorite designer / model?

I will be going to the Blade fair for the first time
I just recently begun to collect knives and think the lee Williams folder are amazing
Does anyone have any other suggestions for a top custom folder designer ?
Do the knives get scooped up on Friday or is ok to go Saturday?

I love the looks of the 530/531 series (still need to snag one) & I also love the looks of the 551 grips & the riiter grips. Also got to mention I like the adamas & presidio.
Designers are like others mentioned Sibert, Pardue, & Osborne

A 530 was my first Benchmade.I needed a very light EDC with a good slicing blade.It was my introduction to the axis lock as well.I think it is the perfect dress pants pocketknife.I like my REI special edition grip too...but it is too heavy for what I wear to work.

Why no G10 scales on the grip custom site? ARRRGGGHHHH

Mchenry and Williams for the axis lock.Pardue for blades I really like.

Out of them all I put McHenry and Williams at the top of the list. If it was not for them Benchmade would still be a small company. Warren Osborne and Mel Perdue are tied for 2nd place I just cannot pass on the significance of all of Osbornes fantastic and successful designs nor can I pass on Perdue's Griptilian design which is and has been Benchmades best selling knives for years.

Ditto. McHenry and Williams are at the top due to the Axis lock. Osborne in second but my favorite Benchmade designer simply because of the 940. Perdue in third due to the top-selling Griptilian.
