Hi everyone. What is your favorite edc that you have ever had for under $20.
Do you have any thoughts on the inron my803?
I like frame locks liner locks or back locks
I don't like SAKs
Let me know
Thanks

The Opinel No. 8 is a superb EDC knife, works very well as a classy steak knife too. No idea on the Inron, I think it looks a little chincy though. I'd much rather have a Sanrenmu 710. I just pulled the trigger on a Enlan EL-02B for $15, I'm looking forward to it.

If you don't mind traditional styling, or construction then the Opinel is the folder to have IMHO in that price range, along with the somewhat awkward, but more than serviceable Svord Peasant.

Enlan/Bee L01, CRKT Drifter, Kershaw Crown, SRM 710 . . . there are actually quite a few<$20 options that I wouldn't hate.

I actually really like the Bee L01MCT, for which I paid less than $10:

I have a Buck 371 Stockman, made in China that is the best fit and finish knife that I own. It came hair shaving sharp, tight as can be, and not a flaw to be found on it. Good looking wood scales and a very even grind bevel on it. $20 at Wally world. I was extremely impressed with it for the money spent.

Blessings,

Omar

All of my carry knives were under $20 each; although I own more expensive knives, I don't carry anything that can't be easily replaced.

Opinel
Victorinox Recruit
AG Russell Hunters Scalpel
Victorinox Stylus
Messer 'Anchor' knife (probably cost more than $20, but someone gave it to me)

A Victorinox SAK or, if you look around, you can get a Mercator K55 for around $20.

Douk-Douk knives are pretty cool little EDC knives. Just degrease them really well before you carry them.
