Favorite folder in 20CV?

Well, no folders (yet) in 20 CV but I have a Mule in that steel and love it. Takes a fantastic edge, quite easy to sharpen (on diamond).

Great knives, but it looks like it's time for the Anthem to get some love here! I picked up my Benchmade 781 Anthem a little over 2 weeks ago and as far as my non-work knives go, it practically hasn't left my pocket as my go-to EDC! It's relatively lightweight and slim in the pocket, but also has very comfortable in-hand ergos when I go to use it. Combine those characteristics with a nice utilitarian drop point blade that is ground to slice more than a number of my other Benchmades, and that's why it's not just my favourite folder in 20CV/M390/CTS-204P, but one of my favourite folders I currently own period!

Excuse, the old photo, but it's the only one I have; I've been focused on carrying and using it rather than photographing it!

Ferrum Forge Fortis. Been my EDC for years now. Best ergos for my hands, great HT, and just all around great user. Amazingly well built! Favorite production would be my Griptilian in 20CV.

This one has been in my pocket since I got it. It's worked VERY well as a work knife, cutting dusty cardboard, 1" dirty rope, landscape fabric and everything in between. It gets very sharp, takes an easy mirror polish, tough (no chipping so far), holds that razor edge for a good while, and after a good reprofile, it's a wicked slicer. Better than the slicer grind IMO.

What is that grind called?

One of the best features of the 20cv m390 family is that it is very easy to touch up back to razor sharp in my experience. Yet somehow it remains very abrasion resistant.

Assuming you mean just 20CV and not M390 or CTS-204p then definitely one of these two (Buck Vantage and Benchmade 940):

I have two folders in 20CV. I think they are both decent knives.

- Spyderco Yojimbo 2
- Hinderer Maximus, double edge, blk carbon fiber
