Those are all excellent knives!! :thumbup: I love my SAK Alox Soldier. I have a soft spot for SAK's.

Depending on my mood it's been one of these two lately.
 
"crbauhs" - Not a thing!! wrong with the knives you like & list. To each his own. Took me almost 40 years to buy a "fancy" knife.
 
Got to go with my Delica D4, which embodies everything I look for in a knife; good cutter, easily carried, durable, maintenance free (almost), cheap enough and readily available so I don't have to worry about using it hard, nasty or losing it. Second choice, Buck 110 for most of the same reasons.
 
Crbauhs, no worries. I actually have a SAK super tinker and a Kershaw Storm II in my pockets right now. Great knives. Expensive does not necessarily mean better.

I've got a U2 & zytel handle TK3 which is fantastic and one day I'd like to get the Tigerwood one :)
I don't have a favorite folder, too many to choose from, too fickle :confused:
Last month it was my Spyderco cpm D2 Military, now its the Bokerplus M Type.
 
My fave EDC folder is a Strider PT , been faithfull to it for about 2.5 years . Something of a record for me , when it comes to big folders , it would be the Spyderco Military , followed by the ZT 302 .

For me it is a toss up between three knices, my BM 710, kershaw mini cyclone and Mcusta MC-1 in black micarta and damascus

I was just wondering because I have one on the way and was hoping that this one would make the favorite list. Not a bunch of info out there for them .. But ZT has a pretty good rep..
 
Glad you took it in the spirit I meant it jeff! Sometimes I'm leery of putting something because some folks take great offense and think the person posting is being a smartas*. Oh yeah, NTF Not Their Favorite.:D

Btw, I think the ZT0500 just has not been out long enough to be in a lot of peoples hands. I'm a ZT fan myself and have a ZT0200 and am ready to order a second 0200. I'm also planning this spring for a 0500 like you are talking about. What little I have read has been positive.
