I would have to say a Case cv folding hunter; also a USA Schrade Old Timer folding hunter is a great knife they are carbon steel and the Chinese are stainless.). Try to find one in the "open stock" knife as the jigged delrin is better looking I think than Schrades brown/tan saw cut delrin handles.
I prefer those knives, as well. Carbon and TWO blades. Never could get on board with the lockbacks (B 110, Schrade LB7, etc.). Too much handle and not enough blade. The aforementioned knives are present in hordes on the auction site for very good prices (Well, maybe not a 6275 Tested long pull green bone
