We have similar taste. I do not have the Van Poppel, but I have a Lionsteel Gitano and various Espadas. Love this style, the curves are just too beautiful.

Wharncliffe are another huge favorite. Especially Janich's.

Spyderco Sage 5 LW, the normal one. I've had it for about two years now and while it hasn't stopped me looking at other knives, it makes it damn hard to justify getting something else when this one does everything so well already

I definitely have some I would NOT classify as a favorite haha, including my first grail when I first got into this hobby. Sometimes we discover first hand that what we expect doesn't match up with reality.
