The most delightful to shoot firearm that I've used was an early US Firearms Rodeo in .45 Colt with a 5.5" bbl. An exact mechanical record of the Colt Single Action Revolver. It was a blast with cowboy loads and quite accurate.

Another Winchester vote. Wanted one ever since I first saw them in the cowboy movies in the '50's. True Americana.

I voted for several. I belong to a large gun in north Georgia. I never know how busy various ranges will be. I always pack a little bit of everything.

Pistols: I enjoy shooting my 1911's followed by my FN HP. I practice with others, but the 1911's at the most fun.

Rifles: I shoot several old Mausers (sold my Mosin) but always take a scoped Rem700 in 30-06AI for long range shooting. I hope to have an M1 Carbine soon. I've already been buying magazines.

But overall I enjoy shotguns and clays, though not listed. I have a thrower at the farm. I blast clays, then hit a spinner target range for 22's with my Ruger MKII or Walther P22. That's right, 22's weren't on the list.

S&W model 66. I bought that one used years ago and never tire of shooting it--especially with .38's. A tackhammer and IMHO one of the finest handling revolvers ever made.

Of all the weapons I owned, I think I'd vote for my old S&W model 19. (Blued-steel K-frame .357 magnum)
I carried that gun for the 10 years I was on the local county PD, and had it set up with Herret's Jordan Trooper grips.
Best double-action revolver I ever handled. I put thousands of rounds of handloads through the thing; everything from .38 target loads to full-house magnums. Even loaded up a bunch of the Kieth 173-grain semi-wadcutters over his recommended (compression) load of 2400.
Herrett's is still making a similar grip:

Smooth and rounded with no finger grooves or checkering. Jordan maintained these allowed the recoil to transfer to the palm, rather than the web of the hand, provided a broad shelf of support for the middle finger, and allowed micro-adjustments on drawing at high speed.
I found all that to be true.
