Mastodon Ivory is by far my favorite, especially a good bark piece. My next choices are sunbleached elkhorn and polished buffalo horn.

For me, It is wood, wood and wood! Just like the look and feel of it. Ivory is beautiful but I always feel like I am handling something really fragile when holding a knife clad with it.
