Favorite inlay material?

I've had this LE for about a year now, and I haven't noticed any change at all. I can't post a pic- I don't have the permissions.

In this pic, it appears a little more orange than it really is. It really is more like a medium oak. I took this shot in a hotel room at midnite. Notice the words 'precision' on the laptop cover the Seb is laying on? I thought it appropriate....
 
That one is awesome. My favorite outside the bark ivories has always been the burl woods. California buckeye for the most part. When I finally saw Spalted Maple, I had to try for one. Ended up with this and is by far my most special Sebenza...

Blackend, beautiful knives, and fantastic display of damascus blades! I especially like the contrast between the inner cut ivory and the blade patterning.
 
The large Sebenza Classic with mammoth inlays like the one I purchased from Chris at the Solvang Lollopalooza last April suits me just fine!
