My 0561 is easily my favorite ZT. I have a 0301 and a 0650ST (shhhhhhh) I got earlier and was never fully impressed with ZT until I got my 0561. Such an amazing folder.

As for Kershaws, honestly I've never been a fan of them for one reason or another but I have been impressed by the Cryo and the Skyline. Patiently waiting for the Cryo II and Thermite.

Got any pics of the 0650?

Shh, I don't really have this ;) It never gets out of the box much, since I live in an non-auto-friendly state. I have several autos, I just never carry them, I have them purely for the collector value.

My modest ZT collection. Clockwise from top left, 0561, 0650ST, 0301, 0550 Gen 2.

Though I'm not typically a fan of assisteds or autos, the action of the 0650 is very nice. There's literally no way the blade could deploy by accident, and you can't even pull it out when it's folded.

It's also pretty compact when folded, about the size of the 0560 just a touch shorter.

Great pics ^
My favorite, out of what i have... Is my new RJI, its ergos are angularish and comfy, and i like the tanto point, plus the coating, and its price

The edge angle was reduced a Gatco diamond sharpening system. I can't remember which angle I used. I think it was 1 step up from the lowest. Then I used a Sharpmaker at 30 degrees for the micro bevel. Then stropped on cardboard loaded with Flitz.

It will now cut! Did the same thing to my 0560, 0350 and 0300. ZTs are so much better when they can actually cut nearly as good as a FFG Spyderco. NO problems yet with edge chipping on any of them. Cut up a box from a 47" tv into 6"pieces to get in the recycling bin, no problems at all. Stropped on the loaded cardboard a few and it was back to cutting like a box cutter.

How shallow did you take that thing?

Definitely the 0561. It's the best knife IMO compared to a LOT of production knives out there. It's super light, great to carry, feels amazing in the hands, awesome blade steel, contoured handle, and last but definitely not least....the KVT ball-bearing tech. I love it so much, it never leaves my pocket. Even around the house on a Sunday afternoon lounging in my gym shorts.:thumbup::thumbup:
