Favorite Kershaw

Excellent...my evil plan of world domination by buying all of the TIZDP MC's in existence continues...Muahahahahahaha!!!!

:D:D:D:D

how many petition signatures would it take thomas?

Sorry Slade! Unfortunately, no amount of petition signatures will help:grumpy:

From what I understand, the centuries old Japanese recipe for ZDP-189 has been lost!! The ancient chamber, dug by hand deep into the side of Mt. Fuji, where it has been guarded by the Samurai for nearly a thousand years was recently engulfed in a catastrophic lava flow during an eruption that was surely brought forth by the gods themselves.

It seems mere mortals such as ourselves were not destined to possess such a steel. Hope you've already got a few TiZDP Mini Cyclone's Slade, it looks like their value's gonna be going up!!:eek:

Cheers,
Jonny;)

Hey Brad, are you still gonna sell me that spare one you've got????:o

Does it have anything to do with 2 boats in the English channel?

And yes, once I control the flow of the spice the market, you all will bow to my MC TIZDP powers! :D

Being new to the Kershaw Knives forum, I'm still learning (and becoming addicted). After seeing jonnymac44's thread on the Random Task he recently bought, I was intrigued.

I found one on the auction website and won it last week. It arrived today. Very nice, NIB. Excellent workmanship. It reminded me of my Mini-Dejavoo in the pictures and seems very close in person. The AO doesn't seem as powerful as my Blur, but still snaps open pretty good (esp. after adding some lube to the pivot area).

I love the polished G-10 handles, although they are flatter than they appear in pictures.

With a whopping two of Kershaw's models in my collection, this is my new favorite. A very fine knife.

QUESTION: Should I use this or keep this safe?

Yes, and then the combo edge models, then the left hand models, then a polished g10 leek , thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn !!!! :D:D:D

So many shiny knives, where to begin. I think PE and G-10 right-handers will work for starters.

Put this date and time in your calendar PG. Check your box, drawer, or storage area of choice a year from now and see what's happened! :D

My dresser drawer is already starting to fill up. My wife and kids think I'm nuts. And I just became re-addicted on April 28, 2008.

It's when you get 4 or 5 a week for a few weeks straight that raises eyebrows. Sandy's cool with it, so no problems at home. Eventually your wife and kids will learn. My grumpy disgruntled postal worker is asking me now "What new knives did you get today?" I'm not real sure I like him knowing what's in the boxes!

I think I'll try to keep it to 2 or 3 a month. Unless I find a deal I can't pass up. So far I'm only up to 9 since April. Not counting gifts for my Dad and brother.
