My favs at the moment include my custom American Kamis, as always, my Kershaw Volt, Small Sebby and my crappy SanRenMu 710 (awesome beater - it's scratched as hell)

Smooth action, good ergonomics, nice belly, ease of sharpening, edge retention, good edge retention, usable for food prep.

Deep pocket clip is nice, functional blade shapes, convex blade on bigger knives, good ergnomics, solid locks. Good steel, titanium locks. Nail nicks.

I prefer a medium-weight (4-7oz?), sturdy and slim designed folder. Hopefully it is comfortable and I don't lose complete use of my pocket. Beyond that I usually bring something with me that I see as reliable and durable.

What features I liked: Ergonomic handles, strong yet good slicing/piercing blades, ease of cleaning, oiling, sharpening and tightening. Overall sturdiness and good handling of the folding knives.

I pry with a pry bar, even if it’s just the small one like in the swiss tool or something like one of the Atwood tools there are too many good alternatives.

Well today my favorites are knives like the Spyderco Manix, Manix 2, Para-Military, Military, Bradely and the Cally 3 or knives like the Kershaw Volt, Grove, Tyrade, the ZT 0200, the Benchmade 710, 950, 940 and 707, used with a wider verity of Vic SAK’s. At any rate these are the knives that get pocket time.

10.) Breiefly describe what features you like from the knifes you currently own, or what features you would like to see in your future knives.
I like good cutting geometry granted what’s “good” will depend on what I’m doing with it. I want new and exotic steels, I know that in practical terms it makes little difference but it adds enjoyment to the collecting aspects of knives. And above all I want good ergonomics, whether we’re talking about a small knife with a 2 or 3 finger knife or a huge fix blade I want the ergo’s to work with the task the knife is designed to do.
